TASTING
Pale salmon color, with a cheerful, fine and persistent bubble. The nose shows the complex amalgamation of fruity, citrus and floral notes, with those typical of aging on lees. On the palate it is sweet, fresh, broad, with a very pleasant and long-lasting finish.
PAIRING
Seafood, appetizers and pâtés, salads, fish and soft white meats.
