Attractive yellow color with slight steely and greenish nuances, clean and bright. Its nose is complex, with floral notes of jasmine and honeysuckle, citric, soft hints of wood, vanilla, slightly smoky, mineral notes. On the palate it is enveloping, voluminous, fatty, elegant, powerful and subtle at the same time, with a long and persistent finish.
Ideal for shellfish, baked fish and white meats.
